Expected behavior

Tell us what should happen
Go SDK should parse SubscribeInfo returned from hearbeat message correctly and connect to broker

Actual behavior

Tell us what happens instead
Fail to parse SubscribeInfo correctly

Steps to reproduce

How can we reproduce the issue
Start tubemq server and tubemq broker and use Go SDK to consumer message.

System configuration

InLong version: 0.11.0
