With 1.10 we add rel=canonical links to rewritten resources. This is applying too broadly, though,
and IPRO-optimized resources are getting it too:

$ curl -sS -D- localhost:8080/mod_pagespeed_example/images/Puzzle.jpg -o/dev/null
...
Link: <http://localhost:8080/mod_pagespeed_example/images/Puzzle.jpg>; rel="canonical"
