Having installed the latest php_modpagespeed on my Centos 5.5 server, I am
getting the same error log:

[Mon Jan 10 19:32:58 2011] [error] [mod_pagespeed 0.9.14.6-358]
/var/www/mod_pagespeed/cache/!clean!lock!:0: creating dir (code=13 Permission
denied)
[Mon Jan 10 19:45:48 2011] [error] [mod_pagespeed 0.9.14.6-358]
/var/www/mod_pagespeed/cache/!clean!time!:0: set permission (code=1 Operation
not permitted)

I have changed the permission on the cache folder (and subdirectories) to 777,
but still get the second error.

What am I missing here?

Another error which has started to appear now that I have changed the
permission to 777 is:

[Mon Jan 10 19:53:04 2011] [error] [mod_pagespeed 0.9.14.6-358]
/var/www/mod_pagespeed/files/6Yrx_1hjv0.lock:0: removing dir (code=2 No such
file or directory)

These aren't actually errors, merging with issue 183 to demote these and make
them more understandable.
