[Agent] Spring Bean Plugin

From the community feedback, they requires a way to trace more methods except Entry/Exit/Async . Since Spring eco-system is the most important community in Java, I proposal to provide plugin for all Spring Bean classes, tracing all public methods of these beans.

Thanks to #658 , for performance concerns, we can put this plugin in optional-plugins folder. And let end users to decide whether use it or not. Performance or more detail is up to them.
