Re-added names and descriptions to the AttributeDefinitions for documentation purposes.
Explicitly added bind/unbind methods for OSGi service references which have previously been auto-generated by the Felix SCR plugin (to avoid major version changes).
Fixed reference annotations.
Moved reference annotations from fields to bind methods to minimize the metadata diff when comparing to previous versions.
