Change JMeter application icon to Apache plume icon

The JMeter logo is not suitable for use as an application icon.

Change to Apache plume icon 32x32 pixel (from Apache favicon).
(note: The JMeter logo isn't easy to convert into 32x32 pixel, too much elements on logo)
