Don't clear LogView anymore when clicking on Warning/Errors Indicator #4525

@pmouawad (Bug 61627):
When LogViewer panel is opened at the bottom of screen and you click on Errors/Warning Indicator , JMeter clean the content of this panel.

This is weird in terms of UX. It was initially made to avoid consuming too much memory but meanwhile we have added a limitation on this and it is possible to clear panel through Clear All.

So I propose to drop this behaviour.
