Checklist

• Base your changes on 2.x branch if you are targeting Log4j 2; use main otherwise

OpenRewrite is very active project and the rewrite Maven profile is not part of our standard build.

That is why we disabled Dependabot updates on these plugins. I will be sure to upgrade them to the latest version next time we use them (although this happens only a couple of times a year).
