[MNG-7626] maven-bom should have the same parent version as project

Following this checklist to help us incorporate your
contribution quickly and easily:

Btw, would it make sense to have a plugin that would be defined in the parent and that would generate a BOM for a given project as an attached artifact (or even an artifact with a different artifactId) ?
