Since the problem is pretty much solved, moved the note from the top to after the newt install step.
Tell user to brew install mynewt-newt@1.0 and mynewt-newtmgr@1.0 to install 1.0 versions.
Included instructions to install from 1.1 binary and source for newt and newtmgr
The latter does a redirect to raw.githubusercontent.com.
