Description of PR
I added the @OnPrimaryNodeStateChange into HandleHttpRequest.class, it used to trigger shutdown web service when the Primary Node role revoked and also the processor is set to "Primary Only"
I also keep a boolean for processor which run on all node or primary node only because the @OnPrimaryNodeStateChange can't get the processor context.
