Summary

NIFI-11927 Downgrades SSHD from 2.10.0 to 2.9.2 for Registry on the version 1 support branch to correct compatibility issues with SSHD 2.10.0 and JGit 5.13.

The current main branch includes JGit 6, but requires Java 11 or higher, so this change is specific to the support branch for version 1.
