- add missing plugin folders to Eclipse target (includes NUTCH-2135)
- include all plugins to API docs / javadoc
- remove non-existent source folder from build files
- remove non-functional plugin parse-replace (cf. NUTCH-2058 / index-replace)
- sort plugins in build files alphabetically
- unify indentation in build.xml
