added: MainActionMenu to HumanresMenus.xml having menu-items for - action to create an employe - action to create a position - action to create a fulfilment of a position - action to create a performance review - action to register a leave of a party subject to humanres permissions
added: widget elements to bring MainActionMenu into play for various screen definitions removed: container element containing clickable to start a single creation process.
added: inclusion of MainActionMenu removed: decorator-section for menu-bar and sub elements for clickable to start a singular process where appropriate
