Good (demo) data increases the appeal of OFBiz, making it easier for both user and contributor to understand how particular functions like screens, services, etc. (should) work. modified: ProjectMgrDemoData.xml added PartyRate and RateAmount for DemoEmployee2 (also used in Party Rates screen)
