What changes were proposed in this pull request?
In this change I added the docker environment setup to ozone-ha, ozonesecure and ozonesecure-ha based on the previously added setup to ozone. I modified the previously added robot tests for HttpFS so they can be ran from all both secured and not secured environments.
I modified the ozone-testkr5b image in the dist's pom.xml to the latest, as I added the httpfs principals to the apache/ozone-docker-testkrb5 reporitory. I regenerated the keytabs for all the services and generated one for the HttpFS.

How was this patch tested?
Built the project successfully with skip tests and also run the test.sh in ozone, ozone-ha, ozonesecure and ozonesecure-ha successfully with the added httpfs robot tests.
