[Bug] CommitLog path error leads to misjudgment that the disk space is full. #3463

  1. Please describe the issue you observed:
  • When the service is unavailable to check the disk occupancy ratio, the commitLog path is wrong.

  • Path error leads to misjudgment that the disk space is full.

    rocketmq version is 4.9.2

  2. Other information (e.g. detailed explanation, logs, related issues, suggestions how to fix, etc):

  • Need to determine whether the DLedger mode is turned on, and choose a different submission log path
