[Bug] The "send" method blocked on log.warn for a long time

Describe the Bug

When sending messages synchronously with a relatively large message body and a high likelihood of exceptions, the "send" method may block for a long time on log.warn.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a producer
2. Produce message synchronously with a relatively large message body

What Did You Expect to See?

The "send" method returns normally.

What Did You See Instead?

The "send" method blocked on log.warn for a long time
