Purpose of this pull request

I found that when using ftp/sftp sink, many users failed to create a directory because the tmp_ path parameter was not configured. This PR optimizes the FTP/SFTP Sink connector document and adds a description and example of the tmp_ path parameter.

Yes, add tmp_path in file sink options.
