In elasticjob of version 3.0.0-RC1，springboot starter implements interface of BeanPostProcessor，the instantiation is too ealy for some bean（eg，dubbo service ）to instantiate，these dependency bean cant be injected to the bean of elasticjob，which cause startup failure。
