• Updates outdated documentation. Due to the Truffle 24.0.0 runtime milestone, GraalVM for JDK17 is no longer a target of our attention.
• Updates GraalVM Native Build Tools to benefit from Add support for com.github.ben-manes.caffeine:caffeine:2.9.3 oracle/graalvm-reachability-metadata#388 and remove duplicate JSON entries.
