test shenyu rule cache cases including unit test and integration test

Make sure that:

  • You have read the contribution guidelines.
  • You submit test cases (unit or integration tests) that back your changes.
  • Your local test passed ./mvnw clean install -Dmaven.javadoc.skip=true.
