### What changes were proposed in this pull request?

This is a follow-up PRi of #32420 and it intends to update the hash key to refresh TPC-DS cache data in forked GA jobs.

### Why are the changes needed?

To recover GA jobs.

### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?

No.

### How was this patch tested?

GA passed.
