This is the Bash Improved/Igalia Leveraging Library, a set of scripts which
build on the GNU Bash shell to provide reusable code modules. The source
distribution contains the following:

doc
    General documentation here

lib
    Library integrating scripts source code

scripts
    Source code containing basic functions (one function per script)

debian
    Template files used for creating Debian packages of Bill.
