the new bitstreams are from http://vserver.13thfloor.at/Stuff/AXIOM/BETA/cmv_hdmi3_raw.2023.2/build.vivado/ and fix hdmi data islands Co-authored-by: Herbert Poetzl <herbert@13thfloor.at>
