Hi @PeterLinBiz --
@stohn777 @ImJohnMDaniel @afawcett and I discussed this IRT today and agreed that we only want the minimal configuration necessary to deploy and test the apex-common code
Please remove the mobileSettings from this PR and we can merge the fix for the lightningExperienceSettings
