This is clearly seen in the results of some operations with functions from package 'ooacquire', it remains to be checked if this bug is due to code in 'photobiology', 'ooacquire' or elsewhere.

The problem seems to be in the data returned by the spectrometer with a dark pixel "bleeding" into the active pixels.
