Describe the bug
The commerce page title block has some weird markup in it that causes it to display poorly.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go through the process of purchasing a rate plan.
  2. When checkout is complete, note the breadcrumbs on the order confirmation page.

Expected behavior
Title should be plain text and appear on a single line with the rest of the breadcrumbs.
