Quick content update to the "Getting Started" page content, and it's menu item. There were also 2 nodes for this page, which this PR fixes.

@jacine and I talked about this yesterday. I tested this PR and it looks good. Duplicate Get started page deleted and node nid 2 has the content. Approved.
