Fixes a bug where in entry preview mode (fixes #40)
Fixes a bug when retrieving unpublished entries (fixes #41)
What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?
In entry preview mode, the overridden revision will now only apply to the currently previewed entry.
When retrieving a entry that is not published, it now returns
NULL(unless in entry preview mode)
