Login using email instead of username

Here is my suggestion:

There is should be an option to choose using username or email to login.
Maybe also an option to remove the need of username. In other word: using email as username.

Hi, thanks for the input. I think this is a good idea. We should allow using either the email or username to authenticate. This would be also easy to implement. I will let you know when this is implemented.

So this feature is implemented apioo/fusio-impl@0100cc6 and is included in the next release.
