Yeah, it might be possible, but I'm not sure it's worth the complexity. For me, using WINE is zero effort. Using dxvk-native, might be handy for folks developing dxvk and/or Linux vulkan drivers. But for me, making d3d code build and work on Unix would be an headache, and be no benefit.
That said, if anybody else is keen, I wouldn't object.
Idea: We could use dxvk-native for replaying d3d9-11 traces directly on Linux builds without needing wine.
