Bump yaml and parcel in /packages/explorer/src/examples/react-example

Removes [yaml](https://github.com/eemeli/yaml). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [parcel](https://github.com/parcel-bundler/parcel). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `yaml`

Updates `parcel` from 2.3.2 to 2.8.3
