Hi! Thanks for the PR and for suggesting this change. Even though I agree that more clarity is necessary here, this isn't a correct depiction of the use of this data.

Something like "This data will be stored and processed by Amboss as outlined in their privacy policy." would be more accurate. We have a complete section in it explaining how this channel balance data is used internally.

Amboss' business model revolves around selling access to data, of which this data is included:

I think the wording is accurate and we need people to know this is a big privacy leak.

Perhaps maybe just a general disclaimer at the top of the page that they are opting into sharing their data with an analytics company and consent to having third parties viewing it?

I agree that a general disclaimer would be better to cover the Amboss section. Data is a very broad term and saying it's being viewed in general by third parties is not accurate. Each dataset is different and the privacy policy helps clarify each one.
