- Now built via gradle as an AAR library. - Migrated to AndroidX version of Custom Tabs library. - Added x86_64 architecture support. - Set min Titanium SDK version to 9.0.0.

I have a lot of changes to push to this PR, including linting of the apidocs, but it requires tidev/docs-devkit#26 get merged/released first (since I need to whitelist a constant reference in the docs to an SDK defined value) |
