This adds a
--constantflag to pass in lists of constant references to whitelist/skip validation in tdoc-validate. This is necessary for standalone native modules that references constants defined in the SDK (i.e. appcelerator-modules/titanium-webdialog referencesTitanium.Android.FLAG_*)
