I am not able to run the inspector app.

I downloaded the inspector file as a zip then I extracted from zip. How can I run inspector app. I couldn't find any executable file?

It seems as if you downloaded a zip file of the source code rather than a release zip. Releases are found at https://github.com/appium/appium-inspector/releases
