Version is misreported either on github or Nuget #51

Nuget lists the most recent version of the driver as 1.2.0.1. README and release notes list the version as 1.0.0. One of them is wrong and should be updated.

version number is right on the NuGet package. I guess i never updated here.. sorry

In appium-dotnet-driver/appium-dotnet-driver/Properties/AssemblyInfo.cs - the version is the correct assembly version. That is where the assembly gets the versioning from when doing a build.
