Hello everyone,
I'm a bit helpless rn: I've set up a CUPS server on a raspberry pi connected to my printer. Ive installed HPLIP on the pi, as well as SAMBA. The CUPS web gui works and I can print a test page from there too. Now the issue: My MacBook finds my Printer, but tells me its not responsive and therefore I cant print. And my Windows Laptop doesnt even see the printer at all...
If anyone has some advice for me I'd appreciate it a lot.
Thank you in advance :)

Ok for some reason my pi was outdated, even tho I updated it when I set up Cups. Now after the update, and a restart of Samba, all of my devices can use my printer... Very strange but hey it works now.
And if anyone ever reads this: Does anyone know how I can make the scan function of my printer work with that same pi? For all my devices I mean.
Thank you in advance :)
