Update gh-pages with 6.1.12

As pointed out on the forums, we've apparently been neglecting to keep the documentation hosted on foundationdb.org and the documentation hosted on GitHub Pages in sync. The gh-pages branch needs to be updated with 6.1.12, and we should remember to update it to 6.2.x when that's pushed to foundationdb.org
