SE-0104 seems to be in progress, but I'm not sure about the others.

SE-0110 and SE-0141 are in the master branch, so they'll end up in Swift 3.1 AFAIK.

SE-0110 might need to be reverted, or updated to use the -swift-version flag.

  • I agree that SE-0141 looks to be implemented; I wasn't sure whether being in master nowadays meant 3.1 or 4.
  • SE-0075 definitely seems to be in progress, based on its JIRA ticket.
  • According to comments on its JIRA ticket, the SE-0110 implementation was reverted.
  • Given that some of these are "stalled", do you think the "in progress" label is even useful?

I wasn't sure whether being in master nowadays meant 3.1 or 4.

The swift-3.1-branch and swift-4.0-branch will both be created from the master branch (maybe a couple of months before each release).

Those branches will also be used for bug-fix releases (e.g. Swift 3.1.1 and 4.0.1).

SE-0075 definitely seems to be in progress, based on its JIRA ticket.

Yes, you're right.

According to comments on its JIRA ticket, the SE-0110 implementation was reverted.

swiftlang/swift#3895 was reverted by swiftlang/swift#3922 (aka swiftlang/swift@f42158b).

swiftlang/swift#4102 has not been reverted yet, so I think the comments in SR-2008 are incorrect.

Given that some of these are "stalled", do you think the "in progress" label is even useful?

Yes, it could still be useful. But keeping the JIRA tickets up-to-date is more important.
