Issue Description:

Compile took a very long time for such meaningly simple code (over 90s) and show this error:

swiftc containfilter.swift
:0: remark: did not find a prebuilt standard library for target 'x86_64-apple-macos' compatible with this Swift compiler; building it may take a few minutes, but it should only happen once for this combination of compiler and target

but sometime the same compile do not show this error

Running the resulting executable result in:

zsh: segmentation fault ./containfilter

the same code in a Xcode SwiftUI project sometime fail compile with error "failed with nonzero exit code"
