build: refactor build configuration and remove unused sections

- Remove comments from `.goreleaser.yaml`
- Add support for FreeBSD, ppc64le, s390x, and more ARM versions in `builds`
- Change archive format to `binary` and template name to `{{ .Binary }}`
- Remove unused `checksum` section
- Remove unused `snapshot` and `changelog` sections
- Remove `modelines` and vim configuration comments
