Pass HAProxy metrics to Pod scaler? kubernetes/enhancements#117

@julianvmodesto , it seems that there is no additional support needed from Voyager's side to use custom metrics with HPA. Please check this https://github.com/stefanprodan/k8s-prom-hpa . You can feed the HAProxy metrics from Prometheus to HPA make scaling decisions.
