Updates the notebook to support modeling with Alphafold Multimer model.
As a placeholder until OpenFold is upgraded to use CUDA12 and other updated dependencies, this colab uses a custom branch of openfold as a build source: multimer-colab-patch. This branch has a one-line change originally suggested by @sokrypton to enable OpenFold to build on CUDA12.
