Make the setup ask the user if he wants to use managed user token instead of admin token for plex setup. Mostly relates to confusing setup as plex uses token to identify users rather than userids.

This fix attempt to ease the confusion see #286 regarding plex way of using tokens instead of user ids to identify users.
