Speaking as an AGP Editor: since the decision to "go long on ETH" has already been made under existing powers granted to the Association under AGP-1 ("The Association will have discretion over which multisig transfers must go through the AGP process.") this AGP would be more appropriately made under the Proclamations track, in the form:

ANT holders approve of the transaction made by the Aragon Association on November 27, 2018 to go "long ETH" using a loan from the MakerDAO Single-Collateral Dai contract.

Or something like that. Do you agree with this change to the proposal? (Changing the track and adjusting the wording to fit the format of the Proclamations track.)
