Scope & Purpose

Enterprise companion PR: https://github.com/arangodb/enterprise/pull/1483
Improve debug logging for hot backup locking.
This PR adds log messages for some cases, and also fixes the mentioning of "db servers" in log messages when in fact they are about coordinators.
