Would it be possible to use a local path for bundle? I just used bundler --path .local exec jekyll build which seems preferable to installing stuff systemwide (which bundler tries to do otherwise)

I just added some README.md and recommend the docker way (still installs globally). But if you like to have it locally on your machine and that works: just do it :)
I therefore don't think this is issue really results into an action. Closing it. Please reopen if that is not the case and I got it wrong
