Make Clojure and the REPL survive Unity's asset reimport.

This may or may not be possible.

The new UDP REPL survives asset reimport by restarting automatically. It may be the case that the environment is surviving, too.

The environment does not survive and there doesn't seem to be a whole lot we can do about it. Unity appears to flush all of Mono out of memory and restart the VM between asset imports...
